Christmas!!

Well today is the last day of school before Christmas break! We are excited to have some time off to rest and enjoy being with family! The boys had a Christmas program last night.... They thought they were so cool wearing their ties and Sunday best :) I have to say they're pretty handsome boys.

I wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! 2011 has been full of many blessings for me and my family. We look forward to what 2012 brings!

Oh What a Game!!!

Many of you know that Louis is an OSU grad so the chance to go to Bedlam couldn't be passed up!! What a game it was... History in the making! OSU 44- OU 10. This is OSU's first Big 12 Championship! Go Cowboys!

Construction underway!

Construction has begun! Here are some pictures of the progress over the week. We're told to expect it to be complete by June.... Maybe earlier depending on Mother Nature. More pics to come.

The boys have their first basketball game tomorrow. After the game, we are headed to Stillwater for the BIG game.... OSU and OU. Of course my guys are for the cowboys. It's going to be a cold, rainy game but one for the history books.

Fall Fun!

It's hard to believe Halloween has come and gone and the Holidays are right around the corner. Enjoy some pictures from all of the fun!

Boy Scout's Family Camp Out!

This weekend was our first Cub Scout adventure. We went to Camp Simpson for the night. We were the only family from our Pack but it was nice to meet new people from surrounding Packs. I'm sure we'll be seeing a lot more of them over the years to come. Enjoy some great pictures from our trip.

 As you can see this was truly every boy's dream weekend. We can't wait to go back in the spring.

Homecoming 2011!

What a fun, busy Homecoming week it has been!! Lauren was the Jr. class representative on the Homecoming court and Emry was a Senior class candidate. Devin and Hunter's first grade classes enjoyed riding in the parade through Main Street. It was fun to see the whole town come out for the parade. To top it all off...we won our first game of the season!!

Fall is in the air!!

It has been over a month since my last post...where has the time gone???? Fall has finally arrived and with that comes football and county fairs. The boys showed their goats at the local county fair Labor Day weekend. They had a lot of fun! They were so proud of the ribbons they won. I have a feeling those are the first of many.

The boys are going to be in Boy Scouts and guess who their leaders will be???? Louis and I. We have our first camping trip in a few weeks. I'm sure there will be many stories to share! Until then, enjoy the beautiful weather.

Pumpkin Farmers!

We have our first pumpkin! The boys are growing pumpkins to sell at Kristi's shop this Fall. They are SO excited about setting up their "pumpkin patch" and earning some money! This is a great sign that Fall is slowly getting here...can't come any sooner!

So Long Summer...

It has been a VERY fun summer for us all! We ended it with a trip to Beaver's Bend. We enjoyed going boating and tubing on the lake and relaxing in the cabin~ playing games and eating! The boys start First Grade tomorrow...they are now Stratford Bulldogs. It is a little weird that I won't be at school with them. We are so lucky they have two great teachers and are looking forward to a great school year!
